Quality and safety first
We prioritize quality and safety in everything we do. Our boards are kept clean, well maintained, and ready for the conditions at Nahant. Before you paddle out, we provide a quick safety briefing so customers understand beach rules, the surf lineup, and how to share the water responsibly.
We're hiring
We are looking for dependable team members to help cover beach shifts. The role includes helping customers with demos and purchases, wetsuit and GoPro rentals, accepting payments, cleaning and organizing boards, and supporting light board transport as needed.
